About This Workshop

The Bay Area ACBS Conference will bring together clinicians and researchers to present cutting-edge research in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Contextual Behavioral Science, and Relational Frame Theory (RFT), as well as seasoned trainers to will lead experiential workshops so that you can learn how to better serve your clients.  Anyone working in a mental health related field is welcome to attend, including, but not limited to psychologists, social workers, professional counselors, marriage and family therapists, physicians, drug counselors, health researchers,  behavior analysts, teachers, organizational psychologists, students and more.

Keynote presentations will be given by ACT co-founder Dr. Robyn Walser, and by author and psychologist Dr. Matthew Skinta.

Interested in giving a presentation at the conference? Learn more and submit a proposal. Submissions are due December 15, 2019, by 12:00 midnight PST.

*A hotel room block is not available for this event. Parking is available at the venue at a cost of $8/day.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

We understand, sometimes things come up!

Praxis will offer a full refund to registrants of both live and live-online trainings who cancel their registration up to 14 days before the course or workshop start date, minus an administrative processing fee of $30 for a 2-day workshop or online course, and a $50 fee for a 4-day workshop. If cancelled within 14 days, no refund will be issued, however, a credit for the same amount will be applied toward another learning product, which expires within 1 year.
