About This Course
RFT, when applied clinically, advances a set of interventions (i.e. relational frames) for transforming the function of painful private events by altering their context. In other words, an emotion previously perceived as aversive or threatening can become a renewable source of meaning and purpose when approached with timely, sensitive, and values-guided questions. In this free webinar, you will learn about how to strategically integrate this application of RFT into an ACT therapeutic approach. You will have the opportunity to observe and personally experience how various relationally framed questions can add meaningful and/or purposeful functions to painful experiences through derived relational responding.
