Kirk Strosahl, PhD, and Patti Robinson, PhD

Kirk Strosahl and Patti Robinson are co-founders of Focused Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (FACT) and the Primary Care Behavioral Health (PCBH) model. For decades, they have honed their skills for promoting radical behavior change by working with depressed patients of all ages in brief visits conducted in primary care, where most people with depression seek care. Together, they have written two editions of The Mindfulness and Acceptance Workbook for Depression. In July, they will both publish two new books: Learning Acceptance and Commitment Therapy: The Essential Guide to the Process and Practice of Mindful Psychiatry (Kirk) and Basics of Behavior Change in Primary Care (Patti).
