Dr. Julie Erickson is a clinical psychologist, author, and educator dedicated to reshaping societal and clinical perspectives on aging. Her book, The Aging Well Workbook for Anxiety and Depression, is a seminal CBT self-help resource for older adults. Dr. Erickson is the founder of a thriving private practice in Toronto, Canada, where she provides evidence-based interventions for individuals across the lifespan, specializing in anxiety, mood, and trauma-related disorders. She is an adjunct faculty member in the Department of Applied Psychology & Human Development at the University of Toronto, where she teaches a graduate course on CBT and supervises emerging practitioners.
