This webinar for the advanced ACT practitioner will focus on mindful compassion practices, processes and micro and macro skills that form the foundations of mastering compassion-focused therapy (CFT) and compassion-focused ACT. We will review and explore the relationship between compassion training and optimal psychological flexibility. You will explore how to apply compassionate mind qualities and processes in the therapy room and look closely at the nuances of how to embody and cultivate compassion in the psychotherapeutic relationship.
