This episode introduces fACT, a model of ACT that focuses on promoting radical change in brief visits targeting a specific problem. You’ll learn to optimize the impact of each meeting between you and your client or patient. Using fACT, you’ll learn to employ a highly effective sequence of clinical activities. You will receive a variety of tools to support working more briefly and more successfully with children, adolescents, and adults of any age with most any health problem, physical or psychological or both.
