We’re excited you’ve joined us. Here’s what you need to know to get the most out of the course …
Plan Your Time
You will receive a new module each week. The lengths of the modules vary, but you can expect to spend between 1.5 and 2.5 hours on course content each week.
If you miss a week, don’t worry. You have lifetime access, so please work through the course at your own pace. You won’t be able to jump ahead and skip material. However, you can go back and review completed lessons in any order.
Private Facebook Group
To have discussions about the course with your peers, join the private Facebook Group. The team will respond to your request to join within 24 hours from Monday to Friday.
Note: Please don’t post questions about technical issues or your account in the Facebook Group. If you need assistance, please contact support at email@example.com.
As part of this course, you will see unscripted conversations, intended for educational purposes, between Dr. Michael Twohig and people who have experienced anxiety.
If you recognize anyone, you are kindly asked to keep all information discussed confidential. By taking part in this course, you agree to our confidentiality agreement, which can be found here.
Click on the Library tab to download PDFs. New items will become available when you complete the corresponding lesson.
The videos are not available for download, but since you have lifetime access to the course, you can rewatch them as often as you like inside your course portal.
At the end of each module, you’ll be asked to complete a quiz before moving on to the next module; these quizzes will cumulatively serve as the CE required post-test. The course evaluation and steps to getting your certificate will be released once you’ve completed the entire course. You can find more details here.
