Prosocial is a method for enhancing the wellbeing and performance of groups by integrating self and collective interests (using the ACT matrix and contextual behavioral science [CBS]), and by exploring a set of core design principles for groups based on the Nobel prize-winning work of Elinor Ostrom. This episode will introduce you to the conceptual and empirical basis for prosocial, and then will explore how it can be practically applied to enhance group effectiveness.
