We’re excited you’ve joined us in this course about exploring values and helping others pursue what matters. We hope it becomes a valuable part of your journey in working with ACT.
Before we dive in, there are a few important things to keep in mind...
Plan Your Time
You will receive a new module each week. Please schedule about 1.5–2.5 hours to do each module.
If you miss a week, don’t worry. You have lifetime access, so please work through the course at your own pace. You won’t be able to jump ahead and skip material. However, you can go back and review modules you’ve already completed.
Library
Click on the Library tab at any time to download course PDFs and audios. New items will be added to the library as each module is released.
The videos are not available for download, but since you have lifetime access to the course, you can rewatch them as often as you like inside your course portal.
CE/CMEs
You can find all the information you need about CEs here. At the end of each module, you’ll be asked to complete a quiz before moving on to the next module; these will cumulatively serve as the CE-required “post-test.” The course evaluation and steps to getting your certificate will be released once you’ve completed Module 6.
